ePlatform is an eBook & Audiobook lending system that’s empowering libraries across the world. For Australia and the world.
BookHive conveniently brings together student’s textbooks and library loans into a single platform that is accessible both online and offline. There’s no need to log in and out of multiple systems - students can easily source all their subject materials in one central location.
The BookHive platform and applications are effortless, intuitive and stable, significantly reducing administration time and costs for schools. Robust and user-friendly, the BookHive platform has been designed to minimise involvement by technical and teaching staff.
Students can create notes, annotate and mark-up textbooks for revision and sharing. These notes sync across all devices.
Login is via the school's authentication system. BookHive integrates with most LMS platforms.
Smart technology, multiple device options and access to the latest titles are just a few of the reasons why students love BookHive. Regardless of their age or ability, it’s also incredibly easy to use.
We understand it can be overwhelming for students to navigate their way through numerous applications just to access the resources they need. BookHive’s solution offers an application where students can locate all their textbooks - and store notes and annotations – with one single sign-on.
BookHive is incredibly simple to use. It includes a raft of practical features designed to be helpful to students - such as the ability to customise settings, make annotations, look-up words and save bookmarks. Textbooks can also be read on a library computer, laptop or mobile device.
It’s important for students and staff to have applications that are stable, work well offline or in low bandwidth environments, and are intuitive to use. BookHive’s design and development teams have taken this on board and built an application that maximises student satisfaction and provides ease of use.
BookHive offers a 'no lock-in' pilot program which gives schools an opportunity to work with our platform in a live environment. Typically, it involves teaching staff and a group of students. It gives you a chance to assess BookHive, understand how it works, and see how it can blend seamlessly into your school environment. We'll be on hand to answer questions and provide guidance so that you achieve the best outcome. We can also work with you to plan a full or partial roll out.
Deploying a digital textbook solution involves a little planning and we offer a flexible path towards ensuring all of your students have access to the titles they need. We work with your systems to allocate titles to students to ensure a pain free start to the school year.
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a primary requirement of most schools and we have it covered. We support many common authentication systems such as LDAP and SIP2. We also integrate with Learning & Library Management Systems to ensure efficient access to content and granular reference to resources.
Quality Support is critical for a successful implementation and this is our strong suit. Our support team has years of experience and a reputation for fast response times and problem-solving.
